Last 24–25 April 2025, our Philippine team enjoyed a meaningful family catch-up and retreat at Tranquilyo Mountain Chalet in Tanay, Rizal. Facilitated by Dr. Ronadel Bedia of Dawani Training Consultancy Services, this two-day event was a refreshing opportunity to pause, reconnect, and reflect.
Family Catch-ups: Reconnecting Through Shared Experiences
Stepping away from the usual pace of work, our team embraced the retreat’s purpose. We strengthened relationships, enhanced collaboration, and lived out the “family-first” culture that defines Cosy Hauz.
Throughout the programme, group activities and heartfelt sharing sessions encouraged deeper understanding and camaraderie among team members. One of the highlights was gathering around a bonfire under the cool mountain breeze. It was an experience that allowed stories, laughter, and team spirit to flourish naturally.

The retreat program culminated in a special awarding ceremony. Three outstanding team members were recognised for their exceptional contributions during the program. Moments like these reflect our ongoing commitment to celebrating dedication, teamwork, and excellence—both in and out of the workplace.
Beyond the structured sessions, the retreat offered plenty of time to relax, enjoy the natural surroundings, and recharge. Away from the hustle of the city and the heat of the summer sun, our team returned rejuvenated and ready to tackle new challenges ahead.
