Coombe Lane, West Wimbledon – Project Update
Launched in November 2024, our Coombe Lane development is now more than halfway complete. We are developing a scheme of six designer flats within a newly constructed 2.5-storey building.
With the external shell largely finished, our team is actively working on the roof structure, internal partitions on the ground and first floors, and utility provisions. We are also installing the air source heat pump —aligning with our commitment to energy-efficient, sustainable housing.
This West Wimbledon scheme continues to take shape. Each milestone brings us closer to delivering six high-spec flats in one of South West London’s most desirable areas.
Hallmead Road, Sutton – Project Update
Our Hallmead Road site is progressing well, with the approved external extensions under full construction. The structural framework across all floors is now clearly visible.
This month, our construction team is focused on installing internal partitions on the second floor and finalising ground floor layout. We are also continuing other works such as plumbing, electrical, and window installation.
Once complete, this transformed home will offer enhanced space and functionality, perfectly tailored to modern living.
Epsom & Ewell – A New Area for Cosy Hauz
Following our successful planning approval, we are now officially on-site in Epsom—our first-ever development in this borough.
We are converting an existing two-storey home into two spacious six-bedroom flats, each designed to maximise space and comfort for future residents.This month, demolition works are underway and we started digging the trench for the new foundation. Soon, we will be doing the scaffolding installations around the site.
This project marks an exciting chapter for Cosy Hauz as we expand into new areas and scale up the complexity of our developments.
