Our Northway development, featuring four high-end flats in Morden—is now in its final stages. We are now on the finishing touches for third and fourth flats, where we have assembled most of the furnitures and we’ll do staging for these flats soon. We are excited to open the doors for public viewing by early May 2025.
Meanwhile, we are making good progress on our first and second flats, the larger units within the building. With the main structures of the rooms fully built, our team is working hard on installing the furniture and fixtures. These remaining flats will also be ready for viewing in May.

Hallmead Road, Sutton: Extension Works in Full Swing
Work is progressing steadily at our Hallmead Road site, where we’re enhancing the original home through approved side and rear extensions. Since launching works in January 2025, the ground to first floor brickwork has taken shape beautifully, and we’ve now moved into roofing works.

Launched in November 2024, our Coombe Lane development is an exciting scheme of six designer flats within a newly constructed 2.5-storey building. We can now see much progress on the structural work, where we have the ground and first floors fully walled, and we’re now making progress on the second floor. Positioned in a desirable Wimbledon location, this project showcases a great mix of design, efficiency, and value.
