Our Coombe Lane development is taking shape beautifully. This upcoming collection of six designer flats is housed within a newly built 2.5-storey property in West Wimbledon, which began construction in November 2024.
We’re now only a few weeks away from opening the doors to this exciting project. On site, our team is progressing with painting works, water connections, and ASHP installation. The bathrooms and electrical second fix are underway, alongside decorative finishing touches such as floor skirting and architraves.
Inside, we are fitting kitchen cabinets and appliances, while externally, work continues on the balcony and fencing—final steps that bring the development closer to completion. We have carefully designed each flat to reflect the high standards expected from a leading house development company in London.
Florence Avenue, Morden – Two New Family Homes
At Florence Avenue in Morden, our construction progress continues at an impressive pace. We are now over 70% complete on transforming a semi-detached house into two spacious 3-bedroom homes, each featuring a dedicated study.
Current on-site works include electrical and plumbing second fix, tiling installations, underfloor heating setup, solar panel installation, and both interior painting and exterior rendering. This project showcases our commitment as a real estate developer in Southwest London to integrate sustainable, energy-efficient solutions without compromising on aesthetic quality.
