Coombe Lane, West Wimbledon – Six Designer Flats
Our Coombe Lane development in West Wimbledon is taking shape beautifully. This upcoming project will introduce six designer flats within a newly built 2.5-storey dwelling, with construction beginning in November 2024. In recent months, the site has been a hive of activity as our team works across all levels.
We have partially removed the scaffolding, signaling the transition towards external completion. Internally, works are progressing rapidly. We have started painting on the first and second floors. Our team onsite are also working on the water and electrical connections, and the installation of the air source heat pump system. Additionally, we are now fitting the ceiling acoustic systems across all floors. On the ground floor, we are finalising the interior partition walls. Bathroom installations are also advancing, with first fix works and tiling well underway.
Florence Avenue, Morden – Two New Family Homes
Over in Morden, our Florence Avenue project is also making excellent progress. This development involves the transformation of a semi-detached house into two 3-bedroom houses, each with a study. We are now more than halfway through the build, with scaffolding erected in preparation for the upcoming works on the external façade and roofing.
Inside, boarding works have started in both houses. We have now closed up the ceilings and external walls on the second floor, and we are now working our way towards completing the lower floors. Internal partitions will soon be boarded up across all levels, bringing the project closer to completion.
