Our latest developments at Northway, Coombe Lane, and Hallmead Road are making great strides, bringing us closer to delivering high-quality homes designed for modern living. Here’s a look at where we stand:
Northway – Nearing Completion in Morden
Our four high-end flats in Morden are nearing the final stages, with key installations underway. A major milestone was the arrival of our shipping container from China, delivering high-quality fixtures, including windows, tiles, and kitchen cabinets, which will be installed in the coming weeks.
Hallmead Road – Expanding and Enhancing
Work began in January 2025, focusing on the approved side and rear extensions that maximises the property’s full development potential. Brickwork is well underway as we expand the current structure, and soon, we will renovate key areas.
Coombe Lane – Rapid Progress in West Wimbledon
This exciting development will feature six designer flats within a newly built 2.5-storey dwelling. Since work started in November 2024, construction has moved quickly – with the scaffolding now in place, and the brick works on the ground floor nearly complete.
