About the Collingwood Road project:
- Converted an existing 3-bedroom semi-detached dwelling with a single-storey detached garage into a 6-Bedroom HMO through external extensions and internal alterations.
- Expanded the property to nearly double its original size through a series of approved planning applications. The total floor area of the house is now at 112.81 sqm.
About the Longfield Avenue project:
- Converted 3-bedroom semi-detached house into a large 9-bedroom HMO through change of use of C3 to C4 and application for Sui Generis.
- Secured permission to add 93.12 sqm through various external extensions, including double-storey side and rear extensions and a rear dormer loft conversion. This will increase the house’s total size to 212.03 sqm.
