Collaborative Site Visit with Hillstone Homes
We recently had the privilege of visiting one of Hillstone Homes’ sites, guided by their director Michael. This visit offered us an invaluable opportunity to gain fresh perspectives on development, and we left with a wealth of knowledge. Michael led us through the project, where e explored crucial aspects of construction—from the initial design phase to manpower allocation, building techniques, and material sourcing.
It was an eye-opening experience, and we are excited to apply the insights we gained to refine our approach and continue delivering high-quality homes. A big thank you to Michael for the warm welcome and the invaluable knowledge shared—we’re looking forward to more collaborative learning opportunities like this!
National Development Summit 2025 Experience
On the 8th of February, our CEO, Xuan Meng, joined an expert panel at the National Development Summit 2025, held at the Marriott Hotel Heathrow. The panel discussion, centred on “Land and Planning Opportunities in 2025,” was a fantastic platform for knowledge-sharing, alongside industry experts such as Paul Higgs from Millbank Land Academy, George Ball of OpenVu, John Howard from John Howard Property, and Ben Richards from XP Property/Aura Architecture.
Xuan shared insights into Cosy Hauz’s planning achievements and the future of property development. The event provided an excellent opportunity for our team to learn about new trends, as well as to network with like-minded professionals. We left the summit with a wealth of fresh perspectives and connections that will continue to shape our approach to property development.
