This property showcases our planning strategy to convert the existing 4-Bedroom dwelling house into a luxury house with 5-Bedroom and a gym through series of external extensions, loft conversion, and internal alterations.

Our goal is to convert this property into a luxury house. To achieve this, we have secured planning to extend the property to 227 sqm through:

• Double storey rear extension
• Loft conversion
• Addition of bay window and external changes
• Garden gym

We began the design and planning phase for this property in October 2021, completing it by March 2023

For this property, due to the high residential value, we have decided to adopt an approach to maximise the extension and floor space. Therefore, our planning process took a relatively long time. However, this property was rented out during the whole process so we had no additional finance cost.

Construction started in August 2023 and was finished by June 2024.
